3M™ Copper Foil Tape 3325 is a copper foil backed tape coated on one side with an acrylic adhesive which is pressure sensitive yet very aggressive. This tape features high tensile copper foil which is extremely malleable for shielding, flexible flat conductors, printed circuit boards and more. It is UL 510 Recognized, excellent for EMI and RFI shielding.
An Electrically Conductive Copper Tape for a Broad Range of Applications
3M™ Copper Foil Tape 3325 features a 1.5 mil copper foil backing and 1.5 mil pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive. The backing is electrolytic grade, high tensile copper which is extremely malleable and accepts solder, making it suitable for a very broad range of industrial and electrical applications. The adhesive is very aggressive and delivers excellent adhesion and wet-out even on textured and low surface energy substrates. This combination of materials is ideal for EMI/RFI shielding and static discharge applications including printed circuit board manufacture and repair. A 69-lb. polycoated kraft paper liner provides easy release and makes for efficient processing.

Excellent Adhesive Performance
3M™ Copper Foil Tape 3325 is coated with a pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive designed to bond to a broad range of substrates including low surface energy substrates. This tape adheres immediately upon contact and can perform under a wide spectrum of temperatures ranging from -40°F/-40°C to 225°F/107°C. 3M™ Copper Foil Tape 3325 is UL 510 Recognized.
