As global automotive OEMs establish Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) limits inside vehicles, 3M™ Low VOC Transfer Tape 59812LVC has over 80% reduced VOCs compared to standard 3M™ double-sided tapes. This product has been tested to several automotive standards for interior emissions. These include JASO M902 (JAMA: Measurement of diffused VOCs), VDA278 (Verband der Automobilindustrie: automotive interior VOC and fog emissions), VDA275 (analysis of formaldehyde emissions), VDA270 (analysis of odor) and SAEJ1756 (SAE International: fogging characteristics of interior automotive materials).
